news... I don't know.. I believe its market sentiment (overall and to Vanadium stocks) holding this and others down. At similar stage in the development life cycle companies like PLS held market cap's multiples of TMT. Lithium was better understood by market and carried strong market sentiment.
I think it will be strength returning to global markets and sentiment on Vanadium pushing all V stocks. If news driven, imho, it would be global news or V prices that drives market sentiment, rather than TMT specific news.
TMT already has tonnes of good news being ignored.!! anyone who reads the pfs or an investor presso can see that clear as daylight this has the quality, quantity, location, management & drive to make it.
