$1.2 bilion or more to start production. Its different here, where capex will be a fraction
of that amount.
However I see your point as well, as the TMT sp should be at least $1.20..

As someone mentioned V is not a common mineral, and TMT has the highest grade in Aus.
Im being patient as rationality (regardless of figures of MC etc) usually (but not
always and this is the risk) prevails in the end.
