He didnt place the order until about 15:30 as well, hoping to catch a few end of day sellers. I would not be surprised if it was the same buyer who kept increasing his order at $2.93. From what I saw, he picked up somewhere in the vicinity of 80K late in the afternoon.

At least he was smart enough not to just throw in a U bid and watch the stock run away from him. ( just goes to show how you can never trust U bids, as he would have if he was selling)

I believe he will pull that bid in the morning so the price does not run, and hope for further selling.

The long term holders need have no concern, these guys want stock, and are just being smart in the method they get it. That said, if we get another fund trying to buy tomorrow, then the price could go anywhere.
