”BVS has experienced a significant de-rate over the last two months (down ~18%). Driven by; (1) political uncertainty potentially impacting UK sales, (2) pace of Sonata deals slowing and (3) M&A changes impacting the competitive landscape. We fundamentally believe such concerns are overplayed and fully baked into the price. While we concede BVS will be 2H20 weighted we have conviction on the 12-36 month outlook. Valuation at ~12x EV/EBITDA FY21E is simply too low for such strong/deep functionality, recurring revenue and powerful structural growth drivers.”
