Why they sold? Not sure why. I guess you could try asking FMR.
Funds buy AND sell and flip flop all the time and it doesn't really matter why they sold. I'd be more interested in whether it was one buyer or many that took that line.
It would be positive if it was a single buyer but given it only represents 2.2% of the company they wouldn't have to lodge a substantial notice. So you wouldn't know who it is unless you have access to the register.
If the stock went to many buyers then chances are they will just flip it for a quick turn if they can, which may mean stock price doesn't go anywhere until all that stock gets digested.
I guess time will tell.
