Sometime I learned through my journey just having a large majority key insto holder from the industry isn't necessary a positive thing for the company if they remain inactive. This BEV sector is more fortunate where the ST security of supply is a demand push so these instos really want to get their hands on the product instead of hedging their bets. They are willing to own equity, fund the operations and sign off takes in order to get the project moving. PLS is great example where inspiration to mine production is really unheard of for a 2 bit company with no cash and relying on the customer to fund.

CLQ is having a few technical issues so far based on assumptions. The key being the Clean ix and the laterite geology. The other being a rapidly falling Cobalt prices which coincided with the Chinese subsidy issues. Suspect it is a slow long grind for the late comers to this battery sectors.
