Hi guys. It's been a while since MLT has been discussed.

I've recently purchased more MLT because of the significant discount to NTA that has developed in the share price and because of the approaching dividend!

My calculations indicate that the NTA is currently around $17.30 while the share price is at $16.40 - a discount of 90 cents!

Furthermore the full year dividend of 36 cents will available to all shareholders in the next two weeks or so.

In my opinion this makes MLT a strong buy both in the short and long term.
