Well you would probably only find holders here so will get one opinion. I share the opinion that it is very cheap based on earnings and a strong balance sheet.
I think it is cheaper due to limited future reserves. A major project which will go some way to resolving that seems very likely to be approved imminently, but it is always possible it won't be.
