    Spent some time with a local real estate agent looking at a couple of properties today and he mentioned that interest in properties in the last 4 weeks has grown considerably with a few offers currently in for consideration. If Rex do go ahead with develpoing Hillside, Ardrossan will benefit being that it is less than 10kms away. My intention is to buy in Ardrossan as I believe property values will grow very quickly when/if Rex go ahead with the project.
