I'm thinking of it this way. The GDOT purchase is too small to be a realistic major contract. Its more of the same size that a precast concrete company might use for trials. I would say those projects they bought it for are more like further experiments or tests, and like the two lane highway they will wait for results before committing to bigger purchases. But that could be next week, three months or six months away.
