re: time to buy is now -looks good to me Why would financier let them pay in shares? Plenty of possibilities. It could be as you say, they see promise in the company. They could conversely have accepted 8c a share, knowing that given time and patience they could sell it to the market and get the money they have been waiting for.

You would hope that the former is the case. I don't really think that transaction is very important, other than its another debt that has been wiped out. I am more interested in deciphering for myself, the possible worth of this compnay based on what they are doing.
