IK I think its clear - they took the fees , then something else came up or they just moved on and really its not about whether PGC are worth 47 or 37 its about recycling the cash.
The research went out with the term sheet and the presentation when they raised the capital @37c. I have never seem it published in any other forum - I am not a client so never get access to private client research if anyone wants a copy email me @ [email protected] and I will forward it to you.
