caketin when Mark Simari really got into mit they started creating an inhouse service department - after sales is all of that. So I think that has been building.
I agree on margins but I see it in retail as well - Its much higher than many places. However what I do know is that they have been overseas and looked at what is coming out of all parts of the world - what is logical to do themselves and what they can source - even componentry.
I am comfortable that when it gets the mix right it will be in the ballpark so I expect the overall margin will drop but the turnover will more than compensate and that we will do well.
You should ask them to give you a presentation - I think knowing your background you would be amazed to see some of it and then may even see an opportunity. Phone mark S.
