Seeing two directors purchase a combined $150k of shares in December 18 was a good signal... They are in a good position to evaluate the future prospects of Paragon.
My concern has always been the integration risk and the amount of time it will take to bring all the acquisitions together under one corporate umbrella. If not done correctly a significant amount of value can be lost over this time...
