No, that was the positive as far as I can see. The issue is the announcement of a strategic review of an aspect of its business and no updates on said review. I personally "feel" that the potential outcome of the review will probably be beneficial for the PGC business in the longterm however the market doesn't enjoy uncertainty so some news would help in the meanwhile!
