    Thinking about it....the fact that managment does very little to promote ICP...best keep secret on the ASX ...give's one an opportunity to buy in still..as I said the action will start to seriously fire up 12 months from now. Until then I'm happy to nibble away. From a charting perspective a base is forming at 4 cents now and I would not expect it to go below this again.
