time to buy ncm (for me)

As it was time to sell when NCM was around high 30s, it is time to buy under $20 (at least it is for me).
Off course you could always buy "a bit cheaper" if you are lucky or smarter that the rest of us, but when something good is below book value, and it has a good ROE, it is compelling to do your numbers and jump in unless your investing strategy is different from mine (buy low, sell high - ignore turbulence designed to steal your shares at a low price).
