IMO yes. MXC turned from a pure speckie into an earning stock and that mostly causes a sp to drop as suddenly all the potential that could be achieved is replaced by what actually is achieved. Those who apply PE ratios will value MXC at 0.1c, those who see the income rolling in soon may think 5c - 6c is fair and those who are convinced it will be billions soon may even accept 10c as an entry price.
I agree with the 5-6c people and therefore think it is undervalued.
Time will tell.
