Intersuisse has placed a BUY recommendation on this stock. I have followed a number of their recommendations for a while and they have proven to be fairly accurate.
Just a few points that I liked when I read the report and decided to buy in were:
-WEB's FY07 P/E after deducting surplus cash of 6cps will fall to 16x, compared favourably to wotif.com(WTF) on 40x.
-WEB's share price moved to 21¢ early last year after being at 4¢ in 2004. Then last year it dropped back to 10¢ on disappointing results. By last September it reached 48¢. It is now back at 30¢ and we expect another surge with confirmation of the FY06 results on 16 August and progressive news of the added facilities over the rest of this year.
Looks like there may be some heavy buying in the next few days...
