I notice today the sp has touched the 200 day average has bounce off and close above the 200 day

it might not look much on the chart, but from TA point of view it is quite significant

1 as a general rule as long as the sp stay above 200 day average it is consider bullish

2 statistic also shows when price approaching the 200 day average usually there will be some fundamental news coming out

as long as sp stay above 200 day average it's a buy

so this is my TA argument for a BUY sentiment
