    As you know I'm a fan of charts, and I believe fundermental news will buld in to the chart before it happen 99% of the time. A head and shoulder is a formation on chart that tell us traders/investors the likely direction of the market in the near future, an inverted head and shoulder usually is a sign bullish out look
