Are we really expecting a final yes/no answer on the Phase II trial this month? My reading of the half-year financial report is that the company will respond to the FDA's January questions by the end of Q1 2011, then the FDA has 30 days to review that and potentially ask more questions... My sense is that this uncertainty has another few months to run.
