Reading an article in the AFR today about outlook for Property Trusts by well known broking house (forgot which one) which painted a very positive picture. It included its preferred buys which included ALZ....
Interesting Chart at the mo. As just hit support at 49 cents....very near oversold territory (and hasn't crossed into oversold since last Oct 2008 which was start of GFC crisis)....stochastics looking as well about to turn up...
So anyone follow this....I have invested in it before but not for some months....and looking to build a position and hence would be interested in any others thoughts....positive and negative
