All advanced explorers progressing to production need to raise funds in one form or another. This is unavoidable and all current successful mining companies must have gone thru that in their transitions.
Hence we must not be too fearful of the capital raising, be it loans or shares issues, and lose the bigger picture.
It is just a temporary setback to the share price but if the company has solid assets of prospective minerals, it will all be just part of the growing pain.
