Perhaps some in the market knew this was about to happen, and hence the share price collapse. Presumably, MBN will have to put out an ANN about this- just as ATI did. The good news is ATI has now stabilised in SP, but their own downgrade by both agencies caused a large fall in SP.

It's an odd angle to have a thread title "Time to buy", when S&P made a downgrade only yesterday.
