IMO, it's still too early to buy Bravobrad, we have just had a 15/16 year RE party, we now must have at least a 6 year hangover and then a period when many investors will think - never going to touch the stuff (property) again.
First, the Europeans have to solve their problems which include the very real danger of European bank bankruptcies. If this happens, say goodbye to any real recovery of RE in Oz.
With the way things are in world today, preservation of capital is the name of the game in the form of cash deposits.
