Bravobrad, i think you're on the right track, success in property very dependant on what you buy, very simplistic statement of mine but many investors don't get it. I am buying now, one thing i have learnt is what ever the crowd is saying ,do the opposite and make up your own mind, Great deals are out there, banks are getting tougher on lending which equates to rents and values going skyward, whether people like it or not.
