Market looks skeptical of this deal....the SP tells the story. I suggest this deal was an act of desperation.....and until we get the figures we don't know if there has been any advantage.....or....how hard we've been rogered....I hope I'm wrong...but glad I have a smallish holding. Hate losing several bucks on a company that can't deliver...in my case 13k +....But I can say this...It is the very last Australian technology company I'll waste money on...Time after time....it is amateur hour on steroids......and never hobbled by success...
