To those concerned about shrinking cash flow and the threat of a capital raise, or going broke, one would think that Paul Garner would have a fairly good handle on that side of things with his experience.
No one with his experience would even think of buying a large % of TTE and lending the company 1,000,000 dollars if this was the case.
