She might be following in the footsteps of her predecessors who have reaped full benefits for their managerial "performance" while LT SH are left to squirm.
BTW if she is saying Dec ending Q would be the time when all the LAMP issues will be potentially resolved, that means all awkward production questions at the AGM will probably be brushed off with "wait for Dec Q report" coming out in Jan 2015.
BTW isn't her board seat subject to SH vote and there also has been no communication about EN's old seat. IMO any self respecting company would at least announce whether they were seeking to fill it but maybe Nick is too busy elsewhere to act on it.
