    Any ideas on why this has been sold off? Acquisition of the NZ biz still seems on track, they keep making the right noises regarding growth and expansion. Perhaps it's just coming back closer to value, as it was on a slightly high PE and some of the big growth may be behind it?

    Any thoughts on a possible takeover target?
