Buddy, where do you get this "another 4 years" rubbish from. If you had any clue you would figure out that CTP have enough in reserves to sign GSA's, when appropriate and for the ultimate financial benefit to CTP, and start reaping the revenues in 2018 when the pipeline is complete. It's now nearly mid-2016 and heaven forbid if a GSA is signed even by the end of this year then it won't be too hard to work out what the potential revenues will be to CTP in 2018. So every day closer it get's to 2018 the NPV of CTP should increase to reflect the near-term in coming revenues. If CTP is still 9c at that time then maybe your Pigs really do fly.
