I'm in. Buying when others are fearful is a classic position. Amazon is way overblown. On line retailing in the USA accounts for about 20% of all retail trade. Of that, Amazon has a pretty healthy slice of 34%, or about 7% of all retail. Sure, that's an impact, but its certainly not Armageddon.
Aussies have been using Amazon for years, so its not like there is suddenly a new kid on the block. I'll wager that SUL will actually sign up to the platform anyway. What they lose in bricks and mortar margin, they'll recoup in volume.
