I'm not super keen on retail as I think margin pressure is only going to grow but this business has pretty good scale, diversity, reasonably modest debt and a decent level of execution success IMO.
Doubling down in the outdoor/Rays area is a bold move and probably driving more concern than people viewing upside, possibly explaining the price drop given in my view the half yearly report was not too bad on a quick read.
I'm in at $6.85 for a modest amount based on attractive PE and Div yield with most of the risk already priced in.
