SUL has always performed.
Converting SuperAmarts to Rebels are ongoing.
Currently they have geographic overlap. Highpoint VIC has two stores one in shopping center and one outside. Closing one store will increase sales and lower costs. It may be the case of which store costs the least rent.
Outside store the shopping center (previous Super Amart Sports) has less range vs inside.
This is similar across country for SUL.
