Absolutely and I encourage all shareholders of SGQ to also report to ASIC.
I also encourage all persons involved to investigate a class action, there's parameters but from my understanding:
1. you bought after guidance from the company,
2. you sold at a loss at a later date when guidance was proved incorrect. important.. there were no disclaimers on the interview.
Class actions are usually pro bono ie at no cost unless they win.
