Sorry to be a realist but now is not the time to buy and anyone suggesting this has not one bit of historical evidence to back it up. The call to buy is only based their sentiment lacking fact usually to stop their bleeding. I have consistently said that the stock market dawn fall was eminent given numerous facts for real market analysts to see.
Rule no 1 never ever bet against the market unless you have deep pockets and trust me it is unlikely a single bub investor has, unless you are able to sweep up the majority of shares.
Rule 2 never ever double down, This goes against proper risk management techniques.
Rule 3 never ever be caught with stocks that have no positive cashflows during such periods.
I always find it interesting that people who come in and say "time to buy" always get the low point completely wrong.
