No doubt they would like the lot but would be difficult to get the Intel and Mitsui stakes as these guys hold for reasons other than short term profits.
Possible that Intel may view TiVo as competitive with its products (or planned products) - will be interesting to see how they work this out. VOIP over WiMax is another interesting possibility raised. This could potentially create a new mobile network at a fraction of the cost paid by other Telcos, once suitable handsets are available.
