Im disgusted. They said it was a problem with Reuters but I kept asking why my platform isn’t functioning and frozen or ticking or letting me do anything and then I get involuntarily sold out at a massive loss. Lost half my funds and all my profit .
Perhaps it was really busy with the volume but I don’t think it was fair they closed me when their system failed.
