The NZ government has offered a 900 million loan to Air NZ to ensure that they operate properly, at the mean time, the have cut off 30% of staff that should lower the operation cost for quite a lot. Very potential and could easily go up again. I have been looking at the course of sales of Friday today, what I have understood is that there was an order of 700,000 at NZ market placed (but didn't execute) this lowers the price just to want some people to leave, but order cancelled after and the price rises back.
