sergent, in the melbourne age recently there was a coverage of the new rules for atm`s in vic casino``s and clubs.
any ATM has to be 50 metres away from the gambling area.
no changes required till 2012 as you stated.
Eftpos machines still allowed in the ganbling area.
so what sort of a joke are these politicians that make the rules.
companies will install atm`s 51 metres away and be legal, and they have 4 years to find a new location.
the politicians reckon its ok to gamble with money drawn from an eftpos, but not ok to gamble with money drawn from an atm.
the cunning gamblers will still borrow money from atm`s,outside of the zone, deposit it into their bank account and then withdraw from an eftpos inside the gambling area.
i wonder how short of intelligence one needs to have to become a "politician"
