they can't drop 1,5 millions TNG shares. Maybe I'm wrong, but for me it looks like, that they are still hold 8,482%. Take a look in the ANZ announcements from today:
As at close of trading on 8 April 2008: 16.344.000 (8.482%)
As at close trading on previous trading day: 16.587.937 (8.609%)
