What will be interesting is if the small shareholders win up coming lawsuits against ANZ and or other lenders/brokers like Merrils etc and they have to buy back stock to give to the original buyers/owners .
Might take some time to see if they are going to win or not but for those holding stock it may mean u can put a sell order on way up the ladder and make a decent windfall as they purchase stock back .
Nuffin definite just food for thought .
