bonzaboy, the accc took Telstra to court to force them to allow access to their infrastructure and won, so Telstra is already allowing this. However, the Govt don't like their monopolistic position, (although if Singtel win the contract whats good for the goose is good for the gander) Singtel would have to allow access. I am sure the legal people will make squillions from this. I believe Conroy will take every opportunity to undermine Telstra's position.
