In other words they all sacrifice a very small % of their salary to buy shs every now and then .. CMON !!
Lets get into the 100k lots (for these people) and then this is actually information !!! This is a pet hate of mine ... they should be buying big if they support their company when prices are depressed ! Simple as that ! Let's put in a new plan for compensation - if price under $3.50 then 50% of compensation for directors and board memebers only is in direct shares ... !?
If they want to quit - FINE !
