Seems to be basing here.
The latest OPUS report I saw the holders return around 37c in the dollar.
The majority voted for however a few large holders wanted to appeal for larger payoffs.
The Magistrate's answer was "You have lost once in the sharemarket, do you want to loose again?"
I'm ready to buy in long term here as I see it as a defensive in the coming 1/4ters as litigation becomes more common.
Current SP should hold as a base to move off in coming months.
