Not insider info. If you know the court case is on and fairly sure that the outcome may be negative then you would off load. Also if you were there (or had a friend at the court) you would have had a head start on anyone else as it would have taken time to script and lodge the annc once the judgement was handed down.
as to the impact - "As a result of the judgment in this matter IMF expects to report a net profit after tax towards the bottom end of its forecast range of $20M to $24M."
