That's already been tried.

A call for a meeting on Mar 29, via a Section 249D Notice was raised by Brahman.

UML board subsequently released details of a revised bid and will apparently rely on this to delay organising the meeting in the hope that the revised offer gets up.

I don't think it will and I think that the board will eventually get rolled when Brahman get their meeting.

But who knows?
