I think the time has come to push ASIC to investigate the directors both current and past as to the events leading up to the current mess at this company.

I am a shareholder and like all others deserve better treatment from those techincally working for us.

First there is a range of director resignations - most likely those with inside knowledge leaving a sinking ship

Secondly a reciever is appointed as the company has run out of cash and has a $500k legal bill to pay

Thirdly in the first week of Jan the company was meant to be receiving interested parties in investing in FER

Now nothing for weeks....

This is unacceptable and terrible communication. Shareholders deserve to be treated much better and I will be pushing for a formal ASIC investigation
