I mailed fermiscan this a while agoand got a reply that the commercialisation roll out was imminent. Sadly, I dont have the email reply that David Young sent me. Im pretty sure he said the first quarter of 2010. More bluff to keep the shareholders quiet.

    Dear Sir/Madam
In regards to the market update dated 09 Oct 09.

How close is Fermiscan to commercialisation of the test? Dates have been set and gone many times and the test is still not on sale. I understand that the test had to be perfected but are we any closer to selling the test now, than we were 2 years ago?
There were a lot of missed oppertunities to be honest. There were numerous high profile breast cancer deaths and this could have presented oppertunities for publicity for the Fermiscan test but these oppertunities were not realised by the company.
The purchase of the Sydney Breast Clinic was meant to be good for the company and for helping with the tests commercialisation. The Clinic is now for sale. Seems to me like a very expensive mistake made by Fermiscan which seemingly added nothing to Fermiscan or the test.
Also the unsuccessful court case which looks set to cost Fermiscan yet more precious money.
Going by the latest market release, it now looks like it will be an expensive mistake for shareholders who bought into this company.
Pretty sad that the test showed great promise, yet it looks set to go the same way as some other promising biotechs.
I know your reply will be that you cant release information that is not already on the market, but its been all bad news released to the market recently.
We need a bit of good news for a change.

    Regards
